21 Dec Are You Actually Training…or Just Continually Testing?
If you’re training you’re not testing and vice versa.
They may look similar in our environment, but the focus is totally different.
Training is about the process, testing is about the outcome.
The funny thing is, the more you want the outcome to improve (testing), the more you should avoid testing.
Love the process more than the outcome, as achieving the thing is fleeting enjoyment.
And if every workout you do is about the leaderboard, then you’ll likely progress slower and focus on the wrong things.
Train 95% of the time, test the rest.
