How it works:

  • Personal Training level coaching as part of a group of people on the same road as you.

    You’ll always been shown exactly what to do and with what weight to make sure you get the best results with the least worry and maximum enjoyment.

    No matter what your current fitness level.

  • 6am - 8pm. Aim for 3 per week on average: proven to be the turning point to rapid progress. Do more if you you'd like, come 6 times per week if you're pushing hard.

    Each 1 hour session is booked up to 2 weeks in advance through our members app.

  • Sessions are based around the most effective free weight strength exercises and conditioning work.

    Creating the optimal programme for safe and fun training that shows quick results. You’ll feel the progress within days and see it within weeks. You’ll be set up for long term results that boost your body confidence & health for years to come.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What programme is this for? This is for The Solution Programme only, not the Focus programme.

Do I have to be an experienced gym go-er to be able to do this program? Absolutely not, whatever your level you'll be able to get great results. Our coaches will always modify any exercise or movement to adjust it to the right level for you. As long as you're keen to train you'll be fine.

How many sessions can I do each week? We recommend you do 3 per week to get started, but you can come to as many as you like. Choose from 06:00, 07:00, 10:00, 12:30, 17:00, 18:00, 19:00 and Saturday at 8am.

How do I book the sessions? All members will have access to the TeamCC app on their phone, you'll be able to see the timetable for the week ahead and book onto the sessions that you want to go to. You'll be able to edit and change these bookings if anything comes up.

I'm going on holiday and don't want to disrupt the challenge? It's better to get started now than continue to find reasons to delay it. There will always be something coming up, so why not start now and go on holiday feeling better than you have before.

How long am I committing for? 21 Calendar days.

What happens after May? We will offer you the chance to continue your training and progress in our monthly memberships for the longer term.

I have an injury, can I still complete the kickstart? This would be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you want to discuss this with us please contact me on russell@teamccgym.com so we can talk before the half price offer closes.
