ABOUT YOUR COACH

Russell has been coaching for 20 years and got his first taste of Strength & Conditioning while Rowing and studying Biology at Durham Uni.

In the coming years he got his Masters Degree in S&C from St Mary’s University, lead the S&C programme at Bournemouth Uni and opened TeamCC in 2010. Over the years he has consulted for the UK Special Forces, coached thousands of every day athletes and educated many aspiring S&C coaches along their careers.

Now he has distilled everything he’s learned over 20 years and put it into this programme to help you get incredible progress.

What programme is this for? This is for the Back In The Game 12 Week online coaching programme.

Are there any sessions at TeamCC Gym? No, this is separate to any of the programmes coached in person at TeamCC Gym. This is designed for you to complete at another commercial gym or your home.

Do I have to be an experienced gym go-er to be able to do this program? No, the programme is designed with simple movements that can be done in any gym or at your home with a pair of DBs.

How many sessions are there each week? The programme has 3 lifting sessions and 3 running session, all are about 30 minutes long. Aim to do 3 sessions per week minimum. Up to 6 as you get in the routine and your motivation builds.

How do I see the sessions? The programme is hosted in our app. You will have a personal profile set up on purchase that includes your sessions, the messaging group and your fitness stats.

I'm going on holiday and don't want to disrupt the programme? It's better to get started now than continue to find reasons to delay it. There will always be something coming up, so why not start now and go on holiday feeling better than you have before.
