We’ve had a lot of people get in touch with us recently who are carrying injuries that are preventing them from doing what they need to do.
Until now they haven’t been able to find a way to train around them and their body and health has suffered as a result.
Jay was exactly like this.
He had big goals for his life, which included being in the kind of shape that boosted his confidence and allowed him to get the best from himself.
He also cares about his health, energy levels and ability to work hard and fast to get his quality of life in check…. ….He wanted to optimise what he does when he works so that he achieves all he can every day.
But he had a knee injury that was stopping him doing it. Training without a coach just didn’t work, his injury got in the way. So it killed his motivation.
And then he’d struggled to find a coach that would figure the injury out and develop a plan personally for him that allowed him to not only train hard around the problem….but actually fix it.
So that in 3 months he could see the progress in his body, feel the changes in his energy, moods and sleep and also see the changes in his career progression and success at work.
It was awesome to help him go through this process for those 3 months.
And what happens after 3 months?….we goal set again and move onto the next stage of your targets….probably Global Domination if you’re anything like Jay
