Pay As You Go FIT Session Booking

  • Heart rate drives the results in these 45-60 minute sessions. We keep the load lighter and skills simpler to ensure that nothing gets in the way of building your CV fitness. These are ideal if you're into HYROX or looking for an uncomplicated way to boost your CV fitness.

  • Tuesday’s sessions are unloaded and use the Assault Bikes, Ski-ergs, Row-ergs and Bike-ergs to hit specific zones and intervals.

    Thursday’s sessions are split into 2 × 20 minute blocks and involve a mix of cardio kit, bodyweight, DB’s and KB’s.

    Saturday’s sessions are a circuit format hitting 8-12 stations including Sleds, Farmers, Wall Balls, Burpees, Lunges and the Cardio Kit.

  • FIT sessions can be booked on Pay As You Go through the booking platform below for £17.50 per session.

Sam made time for herself…
