Muscle & Strength building

3 Full Body sessions per week that can be done in any commercial or home gym with a Squat Rack, DB’s, KB’s and Suspension Trainer. All with instructional videos to show you the best technique.

This system has the perfect combination of upper body and lower body work to build size on your arms, shoulders, chest, back and legs while keeping your legs fresh enough to be able to run fast and make progress in your fitness.

Fitness sessions

A variety of running, circuits and erg sessions to allow you to make huge progress in your fitness without picking up loads of overuse injuries from running every session.

There will be at least 3 fitness sessions per week. There will be 3 running options with intervals, sets and reps to help you smash each one.

Nutrition

You don’t get in great shape without some focus on nutrition. That doesn’t mean you have to live like a monk…we’re all keen to be able to relax with friends and enjoy our hard work.

The programme will come with recipe examples and guidelines to hit to maximise your body composition progress.

Group Messenger coaching

You’ll be added to the private messenger group in the app for the Stacked & Fast programme. You’ll be able to ask all your training and nutrition questions in there to get quick answers to keep you on track.

You’ll also be able to get and give support to the other guys on the programme to keep your motivation high and to feel part of something bigger than just you slogging it out in the gym.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What programme is this for? This is for the Stacked & Fast online coaching programme.

Are there any sessions at TeamCC Gym? No, this is separate to any of the programmes coached in person at TeamCC Gym. This is designed for you to complete at another commercial gym or your home gym.

Do I have to be an experienced gym go-er to be able to do this program? No, but the programme will work best if you’re already running once per week. The programme is designed with movements that can be done in any gym and without any highly technical lifts like Olympic Lifting or any gymnastic movements.

How many sessions are there each week? The programme has 3 lifting sessions that are about 60 minutes long and the choice of up to 3 fitness sessions that can be all running or a mix of bike or circuits. You’ll need to do 3 sessions per week minimum and up to 6 sessions per week for faster results.

How do I see the sessions? The programme is hosted in our app. You will have a personal profile set up on purchase that includes your sessions, the messaging group and your fitness stats.

I'm going on holiday and don't want to disrupt the programme? It's better to get started now than continue to find reasons to delay it. There will always be something coming up, so why not start now and go on holiday feeling better than you have before.

How long am I committing for? There is no minimum term and you can cancel whenever by giving 30 days notice of cancellation via russell@teamccgym.com. The longer you’re on the programme the better your results will be, the first training block is 18 weeks long, so that should be your minimum expectation.
