Nutrition to optimise body composition

The most common reason that people join TeamCC is to lose weight...

...sure, we get a few members join who are driven more by strength & fitness progress...

But the vast majority start because they have more body fat than they'd like and it's affecting their confidence, energy levels and mood on a daily basis.

They're looking for a realistic and social-life friendly way to drop 1-3 stones (6-18kg) of body fat in a short period of time.

We've helped hundreds of members do that over the 15 years that we've been open.

And I recently ran a seminar for our members to teach them exactly how to do it within our coaching system.

In the section called "Nutrition to Optimise Body Composition" I included:
