Struggling To Find The Right Gym?

You’re thinking about joining a new gym, knowing that you need more than just signing up to a commercial gym for a year only to go 3 times.

You’re busy and find it hard to get to the gym each week…work is tough and you want to spend time with family and friends too. So, despite the best intentions, you find yourself going weeks without consistently exercising.

You’ve also been having a few drinks through the week and are starting to wonder why you do it when it makes you feel so groggy every morning. You know it’s not serving you that well, but you can’t snap out of it.

You get google up and search for Gyms near me or gyms in Bournemouth and Poole and want to find one that you think can help. But you can’t seem to pick the difference between them and you don’t necessarily want to commit for a full year yet.

You’d like to come in and try it out for a little while to see how it fits. You want to do more than one session, any business can be great for one session…or anyone can just have a bad day. So, it makes sense to come to a few sessions to give it a fair go:

Do you get on with the coaches? Do the coaches even coach you? Have you chatted to the members and seen if they enjoy it? Do you enjoy the different kind of sessions that are run through the week?

And do you feel better in week 2 vs week 1. You’ve been a few times and are doing a similar session on Monday 7 days later…you feel better at it and much more comfortable than you did 1 week ago.

Over the weeks you can start to feel that this is the right place for you to make progress in the long term and you can see that your fitness is improving, your body shape is changing and you’re seeing that you can stick with the gym and make it part of your routine.

That’s the point of a 6 Week Challenge…why not sign up to it now on our Train With Us page.
